New Thread Quartet ~ UPenn Ensemble-In-Residence / Penn Sound Collective

Each year a professional ensemble from outside UPenn is engaged to work with student composers on new pieces. The residency consists of workshops, networking, rehearsals, performances, and recording sessions. Penn Sound Collective is a group of doctoral fellows in music composition at the University of Pennsylvania dedicated to presenting and promoting each other’s work.
