Rhymes With Opera: Salon NYC

Date: October 19, 2013
Time: 7:30 pm

On Saturday, October 19th, Rhymes With Opera brings a semi-annual Salon series back to Exapno in Brooklyn. A new music potluck get-together, the Salon is a chance for the new music community and their friends and fans to get together and share something truly magical: new and experimental music performed in a space that is open-hearted, friendly, supportive, FREE and (best of all) well-fed.

Bring a covered dish to share, grab a bottle of wine (or that nine-year-old bottle of green Creme de Menthe from the back of your cupboard), and come be a part of an event that’s only gotten cooler with age.

33 Flatbush Ave.

– Mary MacKenzie, soprano, with Eric Sedgwick, piano
– Sarah Taylor Ellis, composer, with Lane Williamson
